At Boulevard Diamonds, we stand behind the quality of our luxury timepieces and fine jewelry. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn items in their original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal or contact our concierge team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 30 days of delivery.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely place your item in its original branded packaging, including all certificates of authenticity, warranty cards, and protective films.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid insured shipping label provided via email and attach it to the exterior of your shipping box, ensuring all previous labels are covered.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our gemologists verify the item's condition, your refund or exchange will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
